I've seen a VF piece I want, how can I order it?

All VF garments are now shared via our socials, through creative shoots and studio selfies. If you see something you like, just drop me a message! You can have the garment as it is, with any alterations, in an alternative fabric and with embellishments.

Let's get creative.

Why are VF garments made-to-order?

All of the pieces are cut, sewn and finished in the VF studio.

I decided to sell the items on a made-to-order basis, meaning your piece will be with you within 3-6 weeks. As a small independent brand I want to avoid over producing products, this way I can keep unnecessary manufacture to a minimum, making sure there's very little waste.

Note - manufacture time is 3-6 weeks, you may get your items a little sooner than expected due to quiet periods. If you require your garment in a hurry, drop us a message we may be able to help.

How do I work out the best size for me?

If you're struggling with the size guide, simply get in touch and I'll be able to advise you on all of the products. These are my designs and everything is made-to-order, so I can cut each piece to fit your required size and height.

Can I order a custom cut garment?

Absolutely! If you require a custom size or you need a piece with custom cutting, just get in touch.

Love one of the designs but want it manufacturing in a different colour or print of your choice, drop me a message and we can discuss your ideas.

Will you be stocking a more inclusive size range in the future?

Currently I share a size chart of a UK 6 to 20. This doesn't mean I can't produce your piece if you are a size 22 or above, please just drop me a message and we can discuss your requirements at no extra cost.

Can I visit the VF studio to try pieces on?

Yes, 100%! But it is appointment only. I love having clients in the studio and absolutely love to see the garments on my fabulous customers. Just get in touch and we can arrange an appointment.

Can you speed up a delivery, if I require my piece for a special event?

I will always do my best to get a garment to you, for a special event. As I design and pattern cut each piece, if I have the time, I'll fit you in! Just get in touch and we can discuss your order.

How are my items shipped?

All items are packed in enviro-boxes with tissue and sealed with paper tape or in our sugar cane parcel packs. This making all of the packaging recyclable. 

All items are shipped form the VF studio via Royal Mail tracked delivery.

How can I return an item?

Everything is made to order but if you are not happy with your piece I will make it right!

What is the best way to care for my Violet Flamingo pieces?

Can I have my own clothing altered or repaired?

100%! As a conscious brand I will alter and repair anything you need, I love to make your garments fit like they were made for you! From simple length alterations to making your bridal gown perfect, I am here to help. Just drop me a message regarding any alteration needs.
